If you're someone who enjoys investing, you can easily make transactions with fund units through the app in just a few simple steps.
Furthermore, you have access to the history of your paid insurance premiums and pension contributions. You can update your personal or contact details anytime there are changes, simply by scanning your ID card.
In the event of an insured event, you can provide us with all the necessary details through the dedicated menu in NN Direct. You can then track the status of your request. We will notify you if we need any additional documents, which you can conveniently upload in the app.
Account activation is quick and remote. For authentication, you can choose the classic method (email and password) or, even simpler, facial recognition or fingerprint authentication.
